You finally did it – you scheduled your breast augmentation consultation at Pittman Plastic Surgery in Athens, GA. You can’t wait for your consultation, because you know it’s just a step closer to achieving the look you’ve always wanted. You’re so excited, in fact, that you can’t help but wonder…
“What can I expect during my breast augmentation consult?”
A typical breast augmentation consultation will last approximately one hour. Your consultation will begin by meeting with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Pittman or Dr. Venditto. During the consultation, they will discuss your desired goals and all of the implant options that are available to you. If you’ve done any research about implants or the surgical procedure and have questions, our physicians can answer them at this time. This process will help guide the physicians in offering you the information you need to feel 100% confident about your surgery.
Your physician will use our Vectra 3D imaging system to take photos. Next, you will review the photos with your surgeon and see how the different implant options will look on your body. This system also takes precise measurements that will help the physician formulate your surgical plan. Once you have narrowed down your implant options, you will have an opportunity to experiment with the actual implants. This entire process is a great way to find the implant size that truly works for you!
You will finish up your consult by meeting with one of our patient care coordinators, who will discuss the pricing and payment options available for your surgery. They can also review surgery date availability and get you scheduled!
